good information from Dr. Ojile. I like that he sounds practical and down to earth and isn’t pushing anyone thing. Also, if sleeping in separate bedrooms keeps you less cranky, more energetic and healthier, that’s a no-brainer. You can have “sleepovers” on the night you’re feeling a little more frisky. 😜
