Team Jakey-End the Stigma

The Zeller Family lost their beloved Jake to suicide. 

They decided to turn this tragedy into a movement to end the stigma of mental illness. 

Now, years later, Team Jakey holds community events, raises money and has and open discussions about mental illness and suicide prevention.
